Fairbanks High School Announcements

Monday, March 16, 2026

26-27 CCP: All those that intend to take CCP classes next year need to turn in your paperwork by no later than April 1st. We would like to have them by March 20th if possible.

Junior Class: Dirty Sodas will be sold during lunch tomorrow and Thursday. Reminder, that it is cash only. Sodas are 3 and 4 dollars each. For tomorrow, if you wear green, you will receive a dollar off.

Kona Ice: Kona Ice will be here today during lunch.

Student Council: To help celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, the student council is having a “Shamrock Showdown”, wear green to help support and show your school spirit.

Today - Mac & Cheese, Roll, Peas, Fruit & Milk
Tuesday - BBQ Pork, Tater Tots, Fruit & Milk
Wednesday - Chicken Finger Wrap, Carrots, Fruit & Milk
Thursday - (HS Only) Baked Potato Bar, Fruit & Milk
Friday - Pizza Rippers, Garden Salad, Fruit & Milk

Tolles does not have the same Spring Break that Fairbanks does this year.

Bus Transportation to Tolles when FAIRBANKS IS NOT IN SESSION

Students need to provide their own transportation to and from Fairbanks.

The morning bus will depart FHS at 7:50 a.m.

The mid-day shuttle coming to FHS will arrive at 11:10 a.m.

The mid-day shuttle going to Tolles will depart FHS at 11:45 a.m

The afternoon bus will arrive at FHS at approximately 3:05 p.m.

FHS Schedule For Part-Time Tolles Students when TOLLES IS NOT IN SESSION

BUS RIDERS

STUDENTS WITH THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION

Students Attending Tolles IN THE AM

Ride the bus to FHS and stay at FHS all day.
Report to the cafeteria for Study Hall Periods 1-3
During Period 4, students will report to the study hall that they are assigned to for Period 6.
Resume regular schedule Period 5

Students Attending Tolles IN THE PM

Students Needing School Transportation home will stay at Fairbanks all day.
Eat lunch Period 5
During 6th period students will report to the study hall they are assigned to for 4th period.
Report to the cafeteria for study hall Periods 7-9.

Students Attending Tolles IN THE AM

Report to FHS in time for their first scheduled class.
Students do not need to report for 6th period SH.

Students Attending Tolles IN THE PM

Students who can provide their own transportation home are dismissed after their last Fairbanks class.

COMMUNITY NEWS

The Fairbanks Education Fund is hosting their annual fundraiser- Panthers, Purses, & Prizes on Friday, April 10th. The FEF mission is to support Fairbanks teachers and staff by enhancing their access to educational opportunities. We do this by partnering with charitable businesses, alumni, and community members to help raise funds to provide grants to our Fairbanks teachers and staff. Please join us for a fun-filled night.

Kindergarten Round-Up: Registration for Kindergarten Round-Up is now open. Please use this link to RSVP 2026 Kindergarten Round-UP RSVP. Please note that there has been a change with the age requirement, all kids need to be 5 before the first day of kindergarten rather than by the old 8/1 cutoff.

Panther Market: Did you hear? Panther Market is officially open! If you would like to place an order, please see the QR code posted around the school or stop by the market during open hours in the morning from 7:45-7:55 am.
